The fourth stage is the stage in which the committee will issue an extensive sheet of requirements that need to be completed, which will require us to submit various signed appendices in matters such as: parking, safety, organizing the site, development, protected areas and etc.
The fifth stage is a stage in which all the requirements in the requirement sheet were completed and the plan undergoes a calculation of betterment levies, tolls and levies, and only after the payment is settled the building permit will be given.
The sixth stage is a request to start the work. Most of the building excesses are additions to buildings, which are done without receiving an approval from the local authority, or alternatively in contrast to the permit that was duly given to the building.
In most cases, these construction excesses are done knowingly, and sometimes during the construction itself. For example: excesses from the lines of the building or from the boundaries of the lot, which are considered very severe excesses.
Many of us believe that if we will close a space in a house or add a gallery in order to create an additional room, or we will add a storage, or dig under the house because it does not bother anybody, then we do not need a permit at all.
